Converzaq is building an AI front-office employee for businesses that lose opportunities when calls, website questions, and follow-ups are missed.

It is for local and field service companies — roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and similar trades — and for clinics and other appointment businesses that need an administrative first response. It is not a clinical tool, and it is not an enterprise CRM.

The product uses one business knowledge layer for website chat and phone, then turns the conversation into a lead with a summary, a score, and a next step. The owner can review every conversation and take over when a person should decide.

One shared employee is simpler than a separate bot for every channel and a separate system of record for every lead. Converzaq stays on the work that happens between the first hello and the team’s next action.
