You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide the information you submit.
4. AI-Generated Outputs
Converzaq uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and process conversations.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in some circumstances.
You are responsible for reviewing your AI agent's configuration, knowledge, instructions, and outputs before and during use.
Converzaq does not guarantee that the service will:
- Always provide accurate responses
- Answer every call
- Capture every lead
- Generate a specific number of leads
- Generate a specific amount of revenue
- Produce a particular business result
5. Customer Communications
If you use Converzaq to communicate with customers, you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws.
This may include laws relating to privacy, call recording, consent, automated communications, marketing, and telecommunications.
You are responsible for providing any required notices and obtaining any required consents.
6. Usage and Acceptable Use
You may not use Converzaq to:
- Violate applicable law
- Commit fraud or abuse
- Harass, threaten, or deceive others
- Impersonate a person or organization without authorization
- Send unlawful or unsolicited communications
- Circumvent usage limits or security controls
- Interfere with the operation or security of the service

7. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at checkout.

8. Trials

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, fail to make required payments, create a security or legal risk, abuse the service, or where otherwise reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Converzaqis provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.
We do not guarantee any particular business, financial, lead generation, or revenue outcome.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Converzaq will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, data, or goodwill.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Converzaq for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
