How Converzaq turns customer conversations into qualified leads

Most inbound systems stop at the transcript. Someone still has to listen, decide if the job is real, and type the address into another tool. That gap is where after-hours calls go cold.

Converzaq treats the conversation as the start of a lead. On website chat or a phone call, it collects the contact details the customer is willing to give, the service or problem, and the context your qualification rules ask for. A roofing enquiry is not asked the same questions as a dental appointment request.

The lead record keeps the source, the summary, the score, and the qualification status. Hot, Warm, and Cold are labels for priority, not a promise that the job will close. Your team still decides.

Booking details stay attached when the customer asks to schedule. A requested time is not the same thing as a confirmed appointment. Converzaq should only treat a booking as complete when the booking action is enabled and confirmation succeeds.

What you get is a lightweight list of opportunities: who, what they need, how urgent it is, and what to do next. It is not a pipeline product for a sales organization with stages, quotas, and forecasting.

The practical test is Monday morning. If the team can work down a list of summaries instead of replaying every call, the conversation did its job.

Stop letting good leads disappear.

Your customers are already visiting and calling. Give them an immediate response — and give your team a qualified lead.
